“The procurement team is a new concept for 澳门足彩app. Procurement has always been a part of what 澳门足彩app does, but our goal now as a department is to standardize and streamline the processes across departments,” said Jonathan Miles, Director of Procurement and Sourcing.

“At the end of the day, while we at 澳门足彩app self-perform some of our work, the vast majority of our work is contracted, and we rely heavily on our subcontractor and vendor partners,” he said. “We want to emphasize that and how we treat the subcontractors and vendors as extensions of the 澳门足彩app family.”

Further, Procurement and Sourcing’s commitment to improving data organization and efficiency also extends to tracking lead times. Post-pandemic supply chain obstacles and long lead times for equipment and materials often have threatened delays commissioning delays.
Miles and his team have mitigated this by proactively tracking lead time trends.
